Porch Pots Guarantee

At Porch Pots we’re here to provide our customers with the best plant material available and guarantee that your plant recipes will grow and thrive if they are planted properly and provided with reasonable care.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. If your container recipe does not survive, please submit your claim with a photo to ask@porchpots.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery. For packages that arrive damaged or missing contents, please file your claim with an image to ask@porchpots.com within 48 hours of delivery. We check messages and respond Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm, PT.
